Return Policy

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund or exchange the item for another one of equal retail price.  You can return/exchange items up to 14 days after the date that it was delivered.  Any item that you return must be returned in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt.  All return/ exchange claims must be submitted to moxiegirlllc@gmail.com.  ALL CUSTOM ORDERS SALES ARE FINAL.

Wrong Address: If you the customer provide an address deemed insufficient or incorrect by the courier, you the customer are responsible for reshipment costs once a correct address is confirmed.

Unclaimed: Shipments that are unclaimed and returned to us will be reshipped at customer expense.

Return/Exchanges:  All return/exchange requests must be submitted by emailed to us at moxiegirlllc@gmail.com and upon acceptance of the of the request, the item should be returned to Moxie Girl, 1284 SOM Center Rd #236, Mayfield Hts., Ohio 44124.  Request for return/exchange must be received within 14 days of receipt of the item.  Please include in any exchange request , the reason for the exchange and the exchange requested item (ex. size, color) in your email.  The item must be in the same condition it was received by the customer.  Unworn, undamaged, and labels and tags attached.  Return shipment is at customer expense.  Upon receipt of the returned item to be exchanged, the new  item will be processed and shipped to customer.  Shipment for exchanged items sent back to the customer will be at our expense.
